We use E-Filing for Real Estate transactions, including the registration of subdivision plans and easements. E-Filing eliminates courier fees, Land Title agent's fees, and reduces the time required to register. With E-Filing, we remain in control of the documents at all times. E-Filing also allows us to deal with land anywhere in British Columbia, independent of physical Land Title Registries as the E-Filing system has only one registry that deals with all land in British Columbia.
