We have a program in place to store files electronically. This allows us to access stored documents quickly and efficiently, and eliminates physical storage space required for completed files. Any excess paper that we must produce is recycled.
Our 4-tier electronic backup system includes safe offsite storage of electronic documents so they can never be lost or destroyed accidently.
We encourage communication by e-mail rather than fax or mail.
We use document assembly technology for preparation of Real Estate and Corporate documents. This eliminates typographical errors and produces high quality documents in the most efficient manner currently available.
